WE ARE ZYN22!

ZYN22 is more than a boutique fitness studio. We are a fearless trYbe of people at all fitness levels, built by the joy and accomplishment of a ‘lil sweat.

We offer two modalities, ZYN Ride and THE22 along with PERZYNAL TRAINING sessions. ZYN Ride is our signature 45-min, full-body workout on the bike. We pedal to the beat of the music and strengthen every muscle group, including our mind. THE22 is our 30-min HIIT workout designed to torch calories and provide a strength- gaining sweat session with 36-48 hour after burn.

Every class can be tailored to the exact challenge you want and need. Your first ZYN Ride and THE22 class is FREE, so show up, move your body, and feel stronger than yesterday.

Our PERZYNAL TRAINING is offered for 1-4 clients with your choice of ZYNstructor & modality. Choose from HIIT/ZYNride/Weight Lifting/SCULPT for up to an hour. We will tailor the class to your level & needs. Sign up HERE!
