Describe your teaching style

My teaching style is all about individuality. If you want to dance… Dance! If you want to sing… Sing! At the end of the day it’s your 45 minutes, and I’m just here to help you have a little fun and sweat a lot!

What’s your mantra?

You are MORE.You are more than a number on a scale. You are more than your job title. You are more than your past, more than your mistakes, more than your fears, more than whatever is holding you back. You are more than the limitations you put on yourself. Forget the numbers and the labels and the lies, because you are MORE.

Favorite move on the bike?

I love a good shimmy or body roll haha

How would your friends describe you in 3 words?

Enthusiastic, quirky, and positive

If you could eat ONE meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Mexican food! Give me ALL the chips and queso.

Biggest guilty pleasure?

Sweets. I have the biggest sweet tooth ever. If I don’t have some sort of sweet treat every day, I get really grumpy!

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

ESPN sideline reporter

Best vacation you’ve ever been on?

I studied abroad in Rome while I was in college, and it was the best month of my life! If you hang around me long enough, I’m sure you’ll hear me talk about it at some point.

Favorite DFW digs?

If you like to dance like no one is watching… Knox Street Pub!

Favorite DFW touristy place?

Anywhere you can catch a Dallas sports team… Globe Life Park, AT&T Stadium, or American Airlines Center!

My Mom! We do everything together.

Go to the major sporting event for all the major sports — Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup Finals, NBA Finals, and the Masters!

What would be the title of your autobiography?

‘Why Are You Yelling? The Story of a Girl Who Talks Way Too Loud and Loves A Lot.”

QUICK. Give us a short description of your fitness background!

My background is in cheerleading as both an athlete and a coach! I cheered at my high school and competitively for Spirit Xtreme. I’ve been a coach at Spirit Xtreme for the past three years, and I was a rider at ZYN for about a year and a half before I became an instructor!

Favorite thing about ZYN22?

The Dome has seen me at my best and at my worst, and it has yet to judge me! You can cry, laugh, dance, celebrate, mourn, whatever you want in the Dome. It can be so much more than just a workout if you let it.
