So it’s February 7th. By now those New Years Resolutions you ditched mid-January are as real as the love connections found on The Bachelor. You might feel like you lost track of that one goal you started January 1st, but if you’ve stuck with is this month, you know today is the 22nd day you chose to get up and Do A Little More. You did it! You put in the work, now it’s time to bask in your glory.
See, we’ve got a little secret to let you in on. Someone once said it takes 21 days to form a habit, but you went the extra mile. You spent 22 days getting out of your comfort zone, challenging yourself mentally and physically, becoming more self aware and treating yourself to big opportunities and little moments of joy.
22 isn’t just a number. It’s not just part of our name. That extra day, and all the effort you put into it, takes fitness from a mundane habit or a check off your to-do list to something that’s so much more than a sweat.
