Here’s How To Set Up Your ZYN22 App!

Yeah, the information superhighway can be a confusing place, so we unplugged everything for 10 seconds then plugged it back in, and this is what we learned:

You need to link your account on your computer and in the app. Here’s how to do it in 10 simple steps:

Step 1: Make sure your account is set up on the website.  

Step 2: Head over to the app. If you’re already signed in on the app, go ahead and SIGN OUT so we can start from scratch. 

Step 3: Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.

Step 4: Select Log In from the main menu.

Step 5: Tap the Log In button.

Step 6: Tap Forgot Password?

Step 7: Enter the email linked to your account, then tap Retrieve Password.

Step 8: Now go peep that inbox for the password reset email – it should arrive within a few minutes.

Step 9: Reset the password for your app account (we suggest making the app account and the desktop account passwords the SAME because remembering passwords is nobody’s strongest skill)

Step 10: Hop back over to the app, log in with your email and new password and you’re IN!
