Mashed Cauliflower Side Dish

The Mashed Cauliflower Recipe You NEED For Thanksgiving

1 Whole Cauliflower

1.5 tbsp. Butter

3 Garlic Cloves, minced

½ tsp. Salt

¼ tsp. Pepper

1 tbsp. Reduced Fat Cream Cheese or Reduced Fat Sour Cream

¼ cup of Grated Parmesan


Bring large pot of water to boil.

Chop cauliflower into small pieces.

Add cauliflower and cook for 6-8 minutes until cauliflower is tender. Drain and pat cauliflower dry.

While the cauliflower is cooking, melt the butter and add the garlic in a small sauce pan. Cook for 2-4 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.

Add the cauliflower, garlic butter, cream cheese or sour cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into a food processor or blender. Puree until fluffy.
