Granola Pumpkin Energy Balls

Okay here’s the lowdown:

Total Time: 25 min

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Rolled Oats

2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds

¼ Cup of Pumpkin Puree

½ tsp of Pumpkin Spice (click here for a quick DIY recipe)

¼ Cup of Enjoy Life Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in 1 large bowl until they combine together.

Wet hands under water and roll the mixture into 16 balls.

Freeze for 15 minutes.

Keep refrigerated up to one week!
